[FEATURE] Chat history titles are not generated in Japanese in the desktop app

Problem Statement

In the browser version of Claude, conversation titles are automatically
generated in Japanese when chatting in Japanese. However, in the Claude
Code desktop app, titles are always generated in English.
Expected behavior: Titles should be generated in the same language as
the conversation (Japanese in this case).
Environment: Claude Code desktop app (Mac)

Proposed Solution

Generate conversation titles in the same language as the user's messages,
consistent with the browser version behavior.
