Automated Project Tracking and Logging for Claude Sessions

Bug Description
It would be great to have a more automated way of tracking what specifically claude worked on, how long it took, and the code output and have that logged with the cost in a file that is updated continually over the course of different sessions on a particular project. If this could be a built-in feature of the Claude cli that would be fantastic
