Quick and hopefully self-explanatory one:

when showing the error message

For security, Claude Code may only change directories to child directories of the original working directory (...) for this session.

Claude doesn't tell you how to fix the problem.

It would be helpful to indicate that you can use the /add-dir command, and/or link to https://docs.anthropic.com/en/docs/claude-code/iam#working-directories

Else we are left scratching our heads.
