Suggest session formatting conventions (e.g. task headers) when users ask about readability

When a user asks how to make the chat easier to navigate (e.g. "can you use colors?" or "how do I find tasks faster?"), Claude Code has no built-in suggestion for formatting conventions like timestamped task headers (## HH:MM · Fix: description).

It would be useful if CC either:

• Proactively proposed a formatting pattern when the user expresses a navigation/readability need, or
• Documented a set of recommended conventions in /help or onboarding

Discovered organically by a user who had to ask for it mid-session.
