CLI Interface Readability: Distinguish User and AI Messages

Bug Description
Not as much as a big as it is a request, but I would like to have the formatting of the CLI chnged to make it easier to see which chat is which. Often i am scrolling through the chat trying to find where I sent my message and where claude began. So having a differnt color or box around the text. maybe a command like ctrl + up jumps you to your last message.
