[Bug] Conversation autoscrolls to top during streaming, breaking readability

Bug Description
So, with Claude code, it's basically impossible to scroll up the conversation or scroll down the conversation, because every now and then it keeps scrolling to the very top. It's super hard to follow what's going on while the LLM generates.
