[BUG] Sidebar won't update to show new chats

What's Wrong?

Recent sessions do not show in sidebar of Claude Code.

What Should Happen?

The app should show all recent sessions. None have shown up after the most recent update.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Claude Code.

Click New session.

Begin using.

Notice that the session is not shown in the recent chats.
