Feature request: command for lookup up transcripts

We would like to be able to look-up the location of a transcript of a particular session. It would be awesome to be able to do something like claude lookup-dirs --session-id=<uuid> which returns the directories of interest, like the relevant cwd, config directory path, transcript patch, ect...

It would aid quite a bit in the creation of CC integrations.
