[Feature Request] Add history search by prefix support (like .inputrc history-search-forward/backward)

Bug Description
It would be great to be able to search through history by prefix, like it' possible with .inputrc:

  "\e[B": history-search-forward                                                                                               
  "\e[A": history-search-backward
