[Bug] Model ignores backward compatibility constraints in claude.md

Bug Description
most of the time the model tries to keep backward compatibility even if i say in claude.md that legacy code and backward compatibility are forbiden.Sometimes i have even copy pasted the whole claude.md for a second time just to force it even more but it gets crazy about it.
