[BUG] Bypass Permissions mode not supported when choosing to accept a plan

What's Wrong?

My default mode is "Bypass Permissions". Before a recent update, when i had a plan generated, the
first option would be "Yes, and bypass permissions" or something like that. Now it shows "Yes,
and use auto mode". with no option for bypass permissions. So i have to choose yes, and then
manually switch to bypass permissions.

What Should Happen?

I would expect the first option when accepting a plan to be "Yes, and Bypass Permissions" when my default mode is bypass permissions.

1. Set your default to bypass permissions
2. Generate a plan
3. See the missing option in the list
