[Bug] Mobile remote control downgrades bypass permissions to accept edits mode

Bug Description
on the claude mobile app using remote to connect to claude code on desktop (cli) if the cli has bypass permissions on the mobile app will switch it to "accept edits" mode and then theres no way to get back to bypass permissions, the closest is auto
