What's Wrong?

I am using the Claude Code VS Code extension version v2.1.116.

When I click the Claude Code extension icon and start a new chat, everything works normally at first. However, if I then click "Move to New Window", a new VS Code window opens with the chat as expected, but the chat that was already started before moving stops responding.

Expected Behavior:
The active chat should continue responding normally after being moved to a new window.

Actual Behavior:
The new window opens, but the chat that was already started before moving stops responding.

What Should Happen?

Expected Behavior:
The active chat should continue responding normally after being moved to a new window.
