[BUG] VS Code Plugin: One of my conversations ended up being opened in a tab instead of the sidebar. How can I move the chat back to the Claude Code sidebar?

What's Wrong?

I started a chat with Claude Code in the sidebar. But after hitting a usage limit and then enabled extra usage, for some reason the chat is now open in a main VS Code tab instead of the dedicated sidebar.

What Should Happen?

Claude Code in VS Code should keep all chats in the sidebar.
