The docs currently say:

Run /plugin and go to the Installed tab to see your plugins grouped by scope. Run /plugin and go to the Installed tab to view, enable, disable, or uninstall your plugins. Type to filter the list by plugin name or description.

What's Wrong or Missing?

Changelog v2.1.116 says:

Fixed /plugin Installed tab showing the same item twice when it appears under Needs attention or Favorites

That entry depends on user-visible Installed tab features that the docs do not currently explain. The current page only documents scope grouping and basic management actions.

It does not explain that the Installed tab can also surface priority sections such as Needs attention and Favorites, or that plugins may be surfaced there separately from the normal scope grouping. Because those sections are undocumented, users have no documentation for the layout that this v2.1.116 fix refers to.

Related changelog context from v2.1.110 also confirms these Installed tab features exist:

Suggested Improvement

Expand the "Manage installed plugins" documentation on https://code.claude.com/docs/en/discover-plugins with a short explanation of the Installed tab layout, including:

• the fact that scope-based grouping still exists below those sections
• that disabled items are folded away
• the f keyboard shortcut for favoriting the selected plugin

A small subsection or bullet list under "Manage installed plugins" would be enough.
