Model limit message interferes with mode toggle accessibility

Problem

When opening Claude Code, the "Claude Opus 4 limit reached, now using Sonnet 4" message stays pinned for several seconds, making it difficult to toggle to plan mode during this time.

Proposed Solution

Add Shift+Tab shortcut to immediately dismiss the limit message and reveal mode toggle.

Impact

Users currently have to wait or blindly toggle modes. This would allow immediate access to mode switching.
