Problem Statement

I use voice mostly for CC, and would like it to be aware of limitations the user might have. It's now presenting options in the TUI requiring keyboard input which is totally against the language nature of the flow.

Proposed Solution

Make CC aware of disabilities / accessibility, which makes it understand this deeply and can respond as such. This is about prompting. If you think this can be solved by just some memories that the user can add, then great, but my guess is that its better enforced in the system prompt for better following...
