What's Wrong?

I have attached a screenshot. As you can see, the PR request banner is very annoying. Sometimes I don't want to make a pull request; I want you to have the dismiss option to close it, do not show it again, or toggle, because it's very annoying, and I want to use it. I don't know how to close this.

1. I do not use the main branch; I cannot change it. I don't know where, because when I want to start a new session, I choose the dev branch, but it still got the main branch. I cannot merge into the main branch, because it will auto build and deploy on GitHub or CI/CD anywhere else. It should be changeable , and it should be initial from the starting section that I have chosen.

What Should Happen?

I did follow the guideline to set an environment, but it still didn't work. It still shows anyway.

PR Banner: The environment variable CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_GIT_INSTRUCTIONS=1 should remove the PR workflow prompts, but if it's not working, there may be a configuration issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a new session. Check the worktree and change from the main branch to another branch like the depth branch.
2. Pick the gear icon (setting icon) and put the environment to one.
3. Then we start a new section. You will see that, in step three, when the section is started, you will see the banner still the main dev. The banner should disappear because we have set the environment.
