[Bug] Claude 4.7 hallucinating and fabricating responses excessively

Bug Description
claude 4.7 has admitted, that every fabrication it does, costs me tokens to correct, and that half of today's tokens were spent trying to get opus4.7 to not lie and to not fabricate. this is a tedious loss of time, tokens and thus money. what are we supposed to be doing with 4.7 if it is just a lie fabricator?
