What's Wrong?

I'm experiencing a UI issue in the Claude Desktop app where the controls at the top of the window are overlapping each other, making them difficult to use.

Controls should be properly spaced and fully clickable

I'm experiencing a UI bug where the controls at the top of the Claude Desktop window are overlapping each other, making them difficult to use.
Environment:
Desktop app version: Claude Desktop 1.3109.0
Operating system: Windows
Display scaling: Tested at 100%, 125%, and 150%
Steps to reproduce:
Open Claude Desktop app
Observe the top navigation area
Controls (hamburger menu, window controls, navigation buttons) overlap
What I've tried:
Adjusting display scaling settings
Changing window size (windowed and fullscreen)
Adjusting in-app zoom level (Ctrl+/-)
Updating to latest app version
Attempting to access Help > Troubleshooting menu (menu not accessible due to overlap)
