[BUG] Claude unusable due to Limit reach but still have lots of credits (only design limit reach)

What's Wrong?

I am not able to use Claude anymore because the text field is block due to "limit reach" but the only limit I have reach is Claude Design , the other one i still have more than 75% available

What Should Happen?

I should be blocked in Claude Design and able to use the rest until my limit is reach but I shouldn't be completely blocked

Steps to Reproduce

I am not able to use anything, type anything because i have reach my limite but I have the biggest licence and have used maybe 20%

There is not step to reproduce , the text field is blocked and it never happened, until Claude design arrived
