Scroll only the latest response, not earlier ones

Problem Statement

its hard to scroll up down in vscode dark theme to see the query response.. scrollbar thumb is almost invisible.. there is no down arrow button at bottom and I don't care about responses for earlier queries.. I want scroll for current query response only

provide scroll current response only. provide down arrow at bottom for vertical scrollbar in chat box
