[Bug] Ambiguous numeric input prompts cause unintended feedback submission during migration planning

Resolved 💬 3 comments Opened Apr 18, 2026 by Lazar-Agoev Closed Apr 22, 2026

Bug Description
Whenever claude code plans a migration is asks this question:
"""
Plan complete and saved to docs/superpowers/plans/2026-04-18-key-dates-redesign.md. Two execution options:

  1. Subagent-Driven (recommended) - I dispatch a fresh subagent per task, review between tasks, fast iteration
  1. Inline Execution - Execute tasks in this session using executing-plans, batch execution with checkpoints

Which approach?
"""

I press "1" to submit my answer. The problem is that you also sometimes pop up an option to sumbit feedback on how claude is performing and it is asking to press 1 2 3 or 4. So I press 1 and realize that is submitted feedback on claude's performanse instead of the response to claude's message.

This is not an issue for me, doesn't affect my workflow but I just wanted to flag this because it happened to me many times and I bet you are getting a lot of false feedback from users that is messing with your performance tuning
