[Bug] Image paste functionality broken: Base64 data sent to Claude instead of being processed as image

Bug Description
pasting images is straight up broken. when i try to do it, it just pastes base-64-encoded binary data straight into the terminal and claude literally responds "that is just random characters, i do not understand"
