[BUG] personal skills not visible to Claude on web

What's Wrong?

Personal skills (now in the customize tab) are not being accessed, viewed, or reachable from any Claude web session. Not sure if the change to customize tab naming or if their placement cause them to not be reachable

What Should Happen?

It should be able to read the personal skills in the customize section.
