Agent Creation Fails: Agents Not Persisting After Creation

Bug Description
I tried to create some agents. It say Created agent. I tried to check /agents again to check if the agent exist but it don't exist. I even tried to ask claude if it can see the agents that i created but it don't see and I even checked after restarting Claude Code but it don't work
I am using Termux
