[BUG] Code tab missing in Claude Desktop after update to v1.2773.0 — chicago_config enabled=false on macOS

What's Wrong?

The Code tab has disappeared from Claude Desktop after updating the app. It was visible yesterday before the update. The CLI (claude command in terminal) works correctly with the same account.

• App version: 1.2773.0 (884b37)
• Claude Code CLI version: 2.1.111
• OS: macOS (darwin, arm64)
• Account type: organizational (Team/Enterprise plan via Ringier Axel Springer)
• Administrator confirmed Claude Code access is enabled for this account

What Should Happen?

The Code tab should appear in the top navigation alongside Chat and Cowork.

Error Messages/Logs

No error message. The code is no longer available in the desktop app after the update. It may be relevant that the organization has disabled access to Cowork, but using the code is permitted.

GrowthBook feature flag `chicago_config` is set to `enabled=false` server-side, despite the account having Claude Code access confirmed by the org admin. The flag was correctly set before the update.

This appears on every app launch — it is not a transient error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Update Claude Desktop to v1.2773.0
2. Launch app and sign in
3. Observe: only Chat tabs visible — Code tab absent
