Regression in v2.1.111: mouse text selection broken

Bug

In v2.1.111, click-drag no longer selects text in the terminal. Must hold Shift to select - this was not required 2 days ago on the prior version.

Environment

• Claude Code: v2.1.111
• OS: Windows 11
• Terminal: Windows Terminal

Expected

Click-drag selects text like any normal terminal app.

Actual

Click-drag does nothing. Shift+drag works but is not discoverable.
