Feature: Mouse click support for selection prompts

It would be useful to have mouse click support for selecting numbered options (1, 2, etc.) in the CLI interface.

Currently, users must use keyboard input to select options. Adding mouse support would improve accessibility and user experience, especially for users who prefer mouse interaction.

Requested feature:

• Allow clicking on numbered selection options to select them
• Enable mouse-based navigation in terminal environments that support mouse events
