This has been fixed in a recent release — Fixed in Claude Desktop v1.3109.0. A regression in Desktop 1.3036.0 caused every Cowork session to crash with "Claude Code process exited with code 1" / "Failed to create bridge sockets after 5 attempts" within ~3s.
