Claude Desktop on one MacMini shows no projects/chats, but the same account works on web on that MacMini, on another Mac, and on iPhone.

What's Wrong?

Issue: Claude Desktop on one MacMini shows no projects/chats, but the same account works on web on that MacMini, on another Mac, and on iPhone.

What I already tried:

• Clear Cache and Restart
• Reset App Data
• Log out of all devices
• Full uninstall/reinstall
• Deleted ~/Library/Application Support/Claude
• Deleted caches/logs/saved state
• Cleared Claude-related Keychain items

Current behavior:

• Web on the same MacMini shows all projects correctly
• Desktop app still shows nothing
• Banner: “Could not load connectors directory”

Relevant log behavior:

• “Account details not yet available, waiting for IPC”
• “User logged out during IPC wait”
• “session not confirmed after 5s wait”
• session managers later initialize, but existingSessions=0 / no persisted sessions found

This appears isolated to Claude Desktop on this one MacMini, not to my account data.
Please advise whether this is a known desktop regression and whether you can inspect server/device-side logs for this account/device.

What Should Happen?

None of the projects are visible on my home Mac mini but they are visible on Claude.ai website and on my office iMac.
