Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing requests and this feature hasn't been requested yet
  • [x] This is a single feature request (not multiple features)

Problem Statement

I want to be able to use the M365 Connector to send messages in teams and create mail messages in draft

Proposed Solution

It would be nice to see the "M365 MCP Server for Claude" App Registration in your tenant to expose more Microsoft Graph permissions that we can consent for.

ChatMessage.Send -> To send Teams messages
Mail.ReadWrite -> To create messages in Draft

Alternative Solutions

It can draft a message which we can copy-paste, but that is not the point.

Priority

Medium - Would be very helpful

Feature Category

Interactive mode (TUI)

Use Case Example

I'm in the Claude Desktop app in CoWork
Asking a question to send a message in teams to a coworker.
It says i should use Slack because M365 is useless.
