[Bug] API Connection Error: ECONNRESET across all models and sessions

Question

**Bug Description**
Unable to connect to API (ECONNRESET) getting this error all week, regardless of new sessions, old session, diff sonnet, opus, whatever, still same error.

**Environment Info**
- Platform: darwin
- Terminal: iTerm.app
- Version: 2.1.110
