No option to revert to pre-redesign color theme in desktop app

What's Wrong?
After a recent update to the Claude Code desktop app (late March / early April 2026 redesign), the color scheme changed without any option to opt out or revert.
The previous color palette worked well for me. The new colors (blue-accented user message bubbles, updated background/sidebar tones) are a regression in my workflow — and there is no setting to restore the pre-redesign appearance.
Current Appearance options in Customize are limited to Light / Dark / Match System. There is no "Classic" or "Legacy" theme, no accent color picker, and no way to downgrade the UI without downgrading the entire app (which forfeits bug fixes and new features).
Expected: Users should be able to keep the previous color scheme, or at minimum choose between the old and new palettes via a theme toggle.
Actual: The new colors are forced with no opt-out.
Environment:
OS: Windows 11
App: Claude Code desktop
Model: Opus 4.6 (1M, Max)
Request: Add a "Classic" / "Legacy" theme option in Customize → Appearance to restore the pre-redesign color scheme.
