[FEATURE] If i /rename a session, that's the name that should show in --resume list.

Problem Statement

I name my sessions as i am working on multiple at a time using the /rename command. but if i go to --resume a session it doesnt use the thing i named it, it uses the prompt/initial context.

Proposed Solution

If a session has a name, use the name in the session history list.
