Claude Code can not follow clear instructions, and follows a route I clearly stated not to do so.

I wrote a very clear issue we were facing and clearly stated which steps we should "NOT" take because it breaks the running functionality of the app. But claude code is insisting to do the same errors again and again. I tried to explain with more and more clear instructions, but no, it does what it belives it needs to do.

I stated what was causing the issue, if it tries to solve the issue by doing abc aproach what will happen, and asked it if it understood the issue, it clearly showed/wrote that it understood, but without asking me, tried to solve it with the same method again and broke the working code then tried to correct it but messed up more.

I am sure it is related to the AI behaviour, but this is very dangerous...
