[Bug] Claude Code degraded performance during high traffic periods with paid plans

Bug Description
doesnt follow simple rules degrades quality fast and easy notice some hours during the day its fine and other times its just unusable its clear when traffic is high quality drops even for us paying for the $200 plan ridiculous when youre paying $200 and cant get a simple function to work.
