[FEATURE] ln -s to session logs?

Problem Statement

Session log usually helps alot as a context but in most session opus or sonnet does not use those.

Proposed Solution

Why dont we use ln -s ~/.claude/projects/{project-id} .claude/sessions and use 'session explorer' like how current explorer does?
