[BUG] new sessions include folders from prior sessions!

What's Wrong?

When starting a new session, the folder that was being worked on in the prior session is included and there is NO WAY to remove it. This started happening after the last update to the desktop app on Mac OSX

What Should Happen?

Claude should prompt for a folder when starting a new session. It should be possible to remove a folder from the current session as well!!!

Steps to Reproduce

1. start a session
2. add a folder
3. work on it a bit
4. start a new session

you will see that you are no longer prompted for a folder and the one from the previous session is still there with no way to remove
