[BUG] Extension Can't reference folders while CLI can

What's Wrong?

Lets say I have
/pages/contact/index.vue
/pages/contact/instructions.md

I want to add /pages/contact or just more simply find /contact with @contact in the chat... it works in the CLI, but not in the extension

Note: No files found in the extension, plenty of directories on the cli

What Should Happen?

I should see directories\folders in to add as context
