Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Claude code version 2.1.108
OS: Ubuntu 25.10 / KDE Plasma
Terminal: Konsole

Navigation breaks inside Claude Code if I go to /memory and attempt to "select" either of the memory locations such as:

  1. User memory
  2. Project memory

The only way to exit the screen is to force kill claude by hitting Ctrl + C

What Should Happen?

The navigation should select the memory locations and not break navigation.

Error Messages/Logs

No error messages - I just see a bunch of control characters and unable to use the cursor properly.

Steps to Reproduce
