[Bug] Claude fails to analyze codebase before applying fixes, ignores instructions

Bug Description
Claude Opus 4.6 is retarded now. It is basically unusable. It does not search the codebase before making changes, it just applies a hacky fix without understanding the problem. When I point out that it made a mistake, it just applies another janky fix without actually trying to understand the problem. Opus feels like Haiku. It is dumb as a box of rocks. I WILL NOT renew Claude MAX for this BS. Completely worthless. I burn tokens upon tokens upon tokens trying to get Claude to do what I want it to do. It does not follow instructions, it does not use tools to comprehend the code base, it applies janky or completely incorrect or broken patches, it is actual hot gargage. You have lost a customer until this is fixed.
