What's Wrong?

When your working dir is in NAS server dir. It has a IP address prefix in working DIR, which even after added to working dir in claude code. It's still consider as external folder, and bypass permission function failed which make claude code ask for permission each time read, edit or write a file even in bypass mode or user clicked always allow.

What Should Happen?

Should handle NAS server dir path correctly as internal folder and allow bypass permission, slient all permission request.
