What's Wrong?
When I do perforce diff I lose the ability to click the next diff button when claude code extension is also activated. I am attaching pictures to show the difference

What Should Happen?
Claude button shouldn't hide the perforce next diff button

Steps to Reproduce
- Install claude code extension and perforce extension (mjcrouch.perforce) for vscode
- Open a directory containing a perforce client
- Edit a file with perforce
- Open Source Control tab in vs code
- Click on edited file to open the diff
