[BUG] ClaudeCode 2.1.105 | Windows 10 Pro 22H2 19045.7058 - claude code fails to launch

What's Wrong?

Claude code fails to run in command line. immediately a windows dialog opens that says the issue is being reported to microsoft. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Rebooted. Checked for windows updates. rebooted. Crashed and same result. Worked perfectly until about 8am today. Was using it and suddenly it exited and now cannot run.

What Should Happen?

Claude should open in the designated directory where it has been working issue free for weeks.
