What's Wrong?
When authenticating via claude on a remote Ubuntu server, the OAuth code input prompt (Paste code here if prompted >) does not register any input when using terminal paste shortcuts.
Environment:
Claude Code Version: 2.1.107
OS: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS (Kernel 6.8.0)
Connection: SSH (standard bash shell)
Terminal : Default

What Should Happen?
Authentication Code should just paste
Error Messages/Logs
Steps to Reproduce
Run claude in an SSH session.
Select "1. Claude account with subscription".
Copy the OAuth code from the browser.
Attempt to paste it into the CLI prompt using Ctrl+Shift+V or Right-Click.
