[BUG] API Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'filter')

Bug Description

API Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'filter') when asking the cli Hello!

Steps to Reproduce

1. start it with claude in the terminal
2. Ask anything or just say hello!
3. press enter

Expected Behavior

Anything but an error. Maybe a reply.

Actual Behavior

Error se above
