[BUG] remote-control command fails with "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'session_url')"

What's Wrong?

Running /remote-control doesn't open Remote Control pairing. Instead it immediately throws:

Remote Control failed to disconnect: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'session_url')

What Should Happen?

/remote-control should open the pairing UI (e.g. QR code / link to connect a phone

1. In a Claude Code session, run /remote-control

2.Command fails instead of opening the pairing flow, error above is shown
