[Feature Request] Improve Claude Code verification and validation behavior in high-effort mode

Bug Description
Even in Opus 4.6 high effort, the engine is lazy, it doesn't verify the answers, even when asked too. Reports fixed without verifying, doing everything to do as less work as possible, not trying to provide good results. It looks just like a waste of money - I'm subscribing to Max because I need more tokens, but I need more tokens because model just doesn't work well. I don't think it's a good aproach on a company level. Thinking about cancelling the subscription and moving on another AI company like OpenAI
