[BUG] Opus automatically activated in VS Code

What's Wrong?

Some how Opus keeps getting activated in my projects and I only selected it once and it was months ago. Opus chews up to many tokens and cost to much money. Sonnet is set globally and per project but somehow Opus keeps getting activated

What Should Happen?

Model should be listed in prompts so people are aware of the model they are using
